New Delhi[India], Oct 19 (ANI): The marketing campaign for meeting polls in Haryana and Maharashtra ended on Saturday with political leaders criss-crossing the 2 states to woo voters and enhance ballot prospects of their events.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Dwelling Minister and BJP Chief Amit Shah, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, former Congress chief Rahul Gandhi have been amongst nationwide leaders who campaigned within the two states. NCP chief Sharad Pawar campaigned extensively in Maharashtra.
A complete of 1169 candidates are within the fray in Haryana and voters will forged their poll at 19578 polling stations. In Maharashtra, 3237 candidates are within the fray. The state has 96661 polling stations.
Voting within the two states shall be held on October 21 and the outcomes shall be introduced on October 24.
