An unlawful alien, launched into the USA by former President Joe Biden’s administration, is accused of sexually assaulting aged girls at a Wisconsin nursing residence the place he was employed.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has lodged a detainer in opposition to unlawful alien Julio Cesar Morales Jarquin of Nicaragua. Morales Jarquin was launched into the USA inside in 2023 as a part of Biden’s parole pipeline.

Dane County officers have shielded unlawful aliens from federal immigration enforcement by telling ICE brokers they should have a signed judicial warrant to take custody of an unlawful alien within the county’s custody.
Such signed judicial warrants don’t exist and usually are not required by federal immigration legislation.
