Reagan, starring Dennis Quaid because the fortieth U.S. president, is formally coming to cinemas.
The film has set an August 30 opening underneath a partnership with new distributor Showbiz Direct, based on a Deadline report. Showbiz Direct is headed by Kevin Mitchell in addition to former Lionsgate distribution president Richie Fay and the previous co-president of distributor Open Street, Scott Kennedy.
Reagan would be the first big-screen film to dramatize the lifetime of Ronald Reagan and is predicted to cowl its topic’s whole life — from his beginnings in Illinois, to his profession as a Hollywood actor, and finally his rise in politics.
