Ukrainian Oleksandr Marikovskyi was seen holding his nation’s flag when the unidentified Russian consultant approached him, ripped his flag and began strolling away, the video confirmed.
The MP gave him a chase and rained punches. He was intercepted by different officers however after he snatched the flag again.
Sharing a video of the incident on Fb, he wrote in Ukrainian: “Paws away from our flag.”

The flare-up in tensions between the 2 warring nations come a day after Russia claimed Ukraine tried to assassinate President Vladimir Putin with a drone assault on the Kremlin, an accusation denied by Ukraine.
