In a star-studded display of support, Taylor Swift was spotted at Lambeau Field in Wisconsin, seemingly cheering for her boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs’ tight end Travis Kelce, during Sunday night’s game against the Green Bay Packers. The pop sensation, who turns 34 next week, attended the game in a luxury suite alongside her new best friend, Brittany Mahomes, wife of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
The duo, accompanied by Blake Bell’s wife, Lyndsay Bell, watched the thrilling match while color-coordinated in matching red coats, sharing a “game day” photo on Brittany Mahomes’ Instagram. The trio added a touch of glamour to the football field as they enjoyed the game from their exclusive box.
Swift’s presence at Chiefs games has seemingly been a good luck charm for the team, with the Chiefs winning the last four games she attended. However, this time, luck wasn’t on their side as the Chiefs’ winning streak came to an end.
Kelce and Swift’s connection has been a subject of curiosity, and last month, Kelce revealed a pet name Swift seemingly has for him. On the “New Heights” podcast he co-hosts with his brother Jason Kelce, Travis expressed gratitude for Swift’s support, acknowledging her liking an Instagram post about his achievement as the fastest tight end to reach 11,000 receiving yards.
“Thanks, Tay. I appreciate you on the Chiefs page supporting,” Kelce said, responding to Jason’s observation.
In a light-hearted exchange, Jason asked if Swift has always been a fan of tight end receiving yards, to which Travis humorously replied, “I don’t know if she’s a tight end fan or not. I’ll have to ask her.”
Swift, known for keeping her relationships private, was first spotted at a Chiefs game on September 24, cheering on Kelce. Since then, the couple has shared glimpses of their affection for each other both online and during public outings.
Travis Kelce reciprocated the support by traveling to Argentina to be with Swift during the final concerts of her Eras Tour in 2023. Swift, in turn, made a subtle nod to their relationship during a performance on November 12, altering the lyrics of her song “Karma” to include a reference to Kelce.
“Karma is the guy on the Chiefs, coming straight home to me,” she sang, giving fans a peek into the personal side of their relationship.
As Swift takes a break before resuming “The Eras Tour” in Japan from February 7-10, speculation arises about whether the Chiefs will contend for another championship ring and if Taylor Swift will make it to Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on February 11 for Super Bowl LVIII. Only time will reveal the next chapters in this celebrity sports romance.
