Efforts by Joe Biden to dam launch of audio recordings and transcripts of interviews he gave to a memoir ghostwriter in 2017 forward of his election to president had been denied late Monday by a federal appeals courtroom.
AP stories a divided three-judge panel from the U.S. Courtroom of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit suspended its determination till Aug. 3 to permit extra time for Biden to contemplate one other enchantment.
