Friday on CNN’s “The Supply,” former New Orleans Mayor Mitch Landrieu stated President Donald Trump had “misplaced focus in a giant means on what the American individuals need.”
Landrieu stated, “The problem isn’t the airplane. It’s all the time a diversion. When the president ran for workplace, he stated, I’m going to do two issues. I’m going to finish the battle in Ukraine on day one, which he has not achieved. I’m going to remain out of overseas wars. We’re going to remain out all that stuff, and I’m going to scale back your prices. And he has spent his time in chaotic moments, dropping his focus, principally beginning the battle in Iraq. Prices have gone up. Persons are actually pissed off. He frolicked on bombs and ballrooms and planes and UFC fights.”
He continued, “The American public is like, get targeted on my pocketbook as a result of I’m hurting out right here, and I don’t suppose it is a good look. I don’t know that you may keep away from it, however he does appear to have misplaced focus in a giant means on what the American individuals need.”
He added, “I’m simply telling you, the American persons are saying loudly and clearly that anyone that wishes to take heed to them, please give attention to my pocketbook as a result of I’m dying out right here. Whilst you’re targeted on ballrooms and UFC fights and dropping bombs and doing all this different stuff, after which attempting to repair a pool that you may’t even repair. So now I’m pissed. That’s what they’re saying. And it doesn’t appear to be the president’s listening to it very a lot. And but I didn’t actually care a lot about it a few weeks in the past.”
