President Joe Biden stated on Monday that relations between Washington and Beijing weren’t weakened by america’ downing of a suspected Chinese language spy balloon over the weekend.
Chatting with reporters exterior the White Home, Biden stated it was all the time his view that the balloon wanted to be shot down “as quickly because it was applicable.”
Requested if the balloon incident weakens U.S.-China relations, Biden stated: “No. We made it clear to China what we will do. They perceive our place. We’re not going to again off.”
Biden continued: “We did the fitting factor and it is not a query of weakening or strengthening – it is actuality.”
