Khalistani Separatists Target Toronto Kalibari in Mississauga, Create Ruckus, Disturb Worshippers

In a disturbing recurrence, unruly elements associated with the Khalistani separatist-terrorist movement have once again targeted the Toronto Kalibari in Mississauga, Canada. A mob of a dozen Khalistani supporters gathered outside the temple, brandishing Khalistani flags and chanting slogans against the Indian government.

The ostensible protest, marred by disorder, also sought justice for Hardeep Singh Nijjar, a separatist-terrorist shot dead in Surrey, Canada, in June. Nijjar’s demise fueled a diplomatic dispute between Canada and India, with Canada alleging Indian involvement in his death, despite his Canadian citizenship.

Sources within the intelligence community revealed that these individuals have become frequent intruders at Hindu temples, specifically targeting the Toronto Kalibari. The community expressed concern that these Khalistani supporters not only protest but also intimidate Hindus, often lingering outside temples for extended periods.

This incident marks the second assault on worshippers and temple authorities, the first being an attempted theft in April. The Kalibari authorities suspect that beyond theft, the motives are to demoralize the Hindu community and create fear among frequent visitors.

Despite the awareness of these issues, local authorities have not intervened, prompting concerns about the safety and security of religious spaces. The repeated attacks underscore the need for heightened vigilance and collaborative efforts between the local government, law enforcement, and temple authorities to protect the sanctity of Toronto Kalibari and ensure the safety of worshippers.
